Windy Hill Coffee is a mobile espresso cart working with local partners to offer organically sourced & locally roasted coffee on the Monterey Peninsula.

Our love of coffee was deepened during several trips to Japan, where we discovered something that went beyond the coffee itself. In small neighborhood cafés, we experienced a quiet kind of hospitality—thoughtful service, careful craftsmanship, and an atmosphere that invited people to slow down and simply enjoy being together.

Those experiences continue to inspire us. While Windy Hill Coffee is proudly rooted on California's Central Coast, we hope every drink reflects that same spirit of warmth, simplicity, and genuine welcome.
