We roast our own coffee in small batches on California’s Central Coast - right in our home.
Our approach is rooted in the spirit of third-wave specialty coffee: paying attention to where coffee comes from, how it is grown, and the people who grow it. We seek out distinctive coffees that are organically and sustainably raised whenever possible, with an emphasis on beans sourced from small farms and producers around the world.
Our coffee is available as whole bean or ground.
